Set up a Business account for AI Training
You came from AI at Work Foundations.
Training a team of 6 to 49 people? A Business account gives your organisation its own course page under your name and branding, seats you hand out by invitation or work email, one invoice, and a view of who has completed each course and the outcome. Your people's answers stay private to them.
Five people or fewer? Buy up to 5 seats by card. More than 50 people? Apply for a Corporate Account.
How it works
- Tell us about your organisation below, including its legal name, company number or NZBN and registered address.
- Sign in with the 8-digit code we email you to set up your account under our Training Service Agreement. AI New Zealand reviews the registration and then sets up your Business account.
- We invoice the seats at the client rate below, excluding GST, and they open once the invoice is paid.
- Your people take up their seats and start the course.

Per seat, excluding GST, for AI at Work Foundations. A Business account pays the Business account rate from the first seat.
Clients pay 20 percent less at every volume. One ladder, one discount, so there is never a question about which rate applies.
From 100 seats, two things are included. Alignment of the course guardrails to your own AI guidelines, so nobody is taught one standard and then handed another, and the 30 and 60 day check-in with the cohort report. Both are available below 100 seats as fixed add-ons.
A committed annual volume earns the tier price even when it is delivered in cohorts. You do not have to put 300 people through at once to be priced as 300 people.
